The School releases Lifetouch and will indemnify and hold harmless Lifetouch, its affiliated companies, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or in connection with the hosting, transmittal or reproduction of any materials submitted by the School, its faculty, administrators, students, employees, representatives or agents.
