(g) Independent action may be exercised at this level,e.g.

(a) An employee working overtime is entitled to 10 consecutive hours off duty between the termination of work on one day and the commencement of work on the next day,without loss of pay for ordinary hours. (vii) is responsible for providing support for the efficient,cost effective and timely delivery of services. (c) A regular casual employee who has worked equivalent full-time hours over the preceding period of 12 months’casual employment may request to have their employment converted to full-time employment. 3.2 Where this award refers to a condition of employment provided for in the NES,the NES definition applies.
